Crystal is best known as the feisty Registrar Dr. Lily Chao on BBC One's award-winning medical drama Casualty.

Crystal joins the cast in the pilot episode of HBO's

Industry, directed by Lena Dunham.  Created by Mickey Down and Konrad Kay, the show is set in the financial world in the aftermath of the 2008 collapse.

Crystal also made an appearance in BBC's second season of Keeping Faith as Dr. Sarah Collins.  Taking on this role was quite a challenge because the series is filmed in both English and Welsh!  

Crystal is excited to join the A Christmas Prince family!  She plays the role of Lynn in A Christmas Prince: The Royal Baby alongside Rose McIver and Ben Lamb.  The film available now on Netflix.

She has been working alongside Cherry Jones and Alessandro Nivola in Chimerica, a story based on the 'Tank Man', who was photographed in Tiananmen Square twenty years ago.

Deus, a sci-fi film set in space is due to release in 2019.  Crystal plays the role of Tez Turreau, a pilot on a mission to explore the mysterious black sphere in the orbit of Mars.

Originally from Hong Kong, Crystal first came to London at the age of 11 after being offered a place at the prestigious Elmhurst School of Dance and Performing Arts (formerly known as Elmhurst Ballet School).

As well as being a Theatre, Film and TV actress, Crystal is also passionate about working with children.  Before joining Casualty, she worked closely with The Royal Academy of Dance and The Jack Petchy Foundation, and specialized in bringing inclusive dance programmes to mainstream secondary and special educational needs schools.

Crystal has been the patron of South London Inclusive Dance Experience (SLiDE) since 2016.  SLiDE is a registered charity that creates exciting and engaging dance opportunities for people of all ages and abilities.
